TREMIX
Industrial RCC Flooring Tremix flooring For constructions of Roads, Runways, Podium Basement car park area,Factory flooring, etc. with latest and modern technology. Tremix flooring system are done by 150 sq.mt to 300 sq.mt in a day and finished with power floater machine. The system is supported by modern machinery such as concrete mixer, Vibrator, Double Beam,, Power floater and Power Trowel Application area 1) Roads, 2) Runway 3) Podium basement & car park area. 4) Factory , godown and heavy movement industrial.
VDF
Vacuum dewatered flooring (VDF) is a type of concrete floor construction that uses a vacuum pump to remove excess water from the concrete mix before it is placed and finished. This results in a hard, dense floor with a smooth surface finish.
TRUSS SCREED
It provides a better level of tolerance. Output per team improves from 200 m2 in the case of VDF to a minimum of 400 m2 to 800 m2 in the case of truss screed. Variable width sizes are available from 5 mtr. to 8 meter. The required team size is 8-10 people. Advantage Of TRUSS Screed Floor:- (A) Increases productivity, flatness, quality & efficiency. (B) It provides high strength, dense & durable flooring. (C) FM2 floor can be achieved. (D) Time saving process. The truss come in sections, ranging from 3 to 11 feet long, which interlocks the required span distance up to a maximum of about 30 to 40 feet, depending upon the machine used. Either hand-operated or hydraulic winches typically serve to propel the truss screed along the edge forms and across the surface. Hydraulic-powered truss screed can move at variable speeds, some up to 24 feet per minute. The obvious benefit of truss screed is their ability to screed much larger areas in a single pass.
